I (Jess, cofounder of ACM) have been practicing/studying yoga, strength-training, dance, physical therapy, meditation for 20 years and Polyvagal-informed Somatics for 6—my skill and knowledge base are vast and my specialties wide. I work with both disabled and non-disabled individuals. My unique skill-set is offering spiritual and bodymind support for those of us with chronic pain, illness, trauma, and disabilities. I utilize foundations of alignment, core stability, breath-work, strength-training, flexibility (safe for hypermobile joints), Raja yoga, meditation, Somatics, Internal Family Systems, craniosacral technique, Feldenkreis, and Earth-Based magic to holistically strengthen, manifest resiliency, find balance, reduce inflammation, heal trauma, calm down our nervous systems, and alleviate chronic pain and illness.
I have extensive knowledge regarding Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD and Complex-PTSD, OCD, Dissociative Identity Disorder, Borderline, Personality Disorder, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Fibromyalgia, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue, Arthritis, Lyme Disease, Asthma, Lupus, Crohn’s Disease, Post-Surgical Pain, Shock and Developmental Trauma, Addiction, Skeletal/Muscular/Nerve Pain, Insomnia, Pelvic Pain, Migraines, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Repetitive Stress Injury, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, and Chronic Stress Management. Much of my knowledge comes from my own healing journey, which I began over 20 years ago. Some of the most gifted healers are those of us who have lived with the challenges we are working with. My compassionate and gentle approach is what most of my clients have needed, especially those of us navigating the complex suffering of CPTSD, chronic fatigue, and pain.

I currently do not offer sliding scale private sessions–ALL of my classes and workshops are sliding scale with scholarships and all of my classes are free for Black and Indigenous folks, if wanted.
